Almond Smoked Chicken

4 chicken breasts, pounded until uniform in thickness
1 - 5 ounce package The SalsaKing's All Natural Chipotle Smoked Almonds
2 Eggs, well beaten
Flour seasoned with salt, pepper, and The SalsaKing's Sonoran Chipotle BBQ Rub
1/4 cup Olive oil

In food processor, process almonds until finely chopped. Dry chicken breasts on toweling, dredge in flour and then dip into eggs. Place into chopped almonds to coat well. Place on sheet pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Heat olive oil in skillet and fry breasts 3 minutes per side. Serve.
