Cajun Shrimp

 3 - Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 Celery stalk, 1 large stewing carrot, 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, 1/2 White Onion all thinly sliced, 6 - 8 Compari Tomatoes - quartered, 6 - 10 Asparagus, set all aside. 1 Tbsp Dry Vermouth and 3 - 4 Tsp Salsa King Sizzlin' Cajun Party Dip Mix (to taste). 
2 pounds uncooked medium - large shrimp.
Heat oil in a large (12") skillet to Medium
Add Garlic, Celery, Onion, Carrot and Pepper and saute 1- 2 minutes
Add 1 - Tsp Salsa King Sizzlin' Cajun then add Tomatoes. Cover for 2 minutes
Add Asparagus and cook uncovered for 1 minute and then add Vermouth and imbue for 1 minute then add 1 - Tsp Salsa King Sizzlin' Cajun and cover for 2 minutes.
Mix ingredients at each step until the addition of the shrimp. Place shrimp on top of ingredients,
add 1 - Tsp Salsa King Sizzlin' Cajun and cover.
In 60 seconds remove lid and the shrimp will be just starting to turn pink.
Flip all shrimp add final tsp Salsa King Sizzlin' Cajun and replace lid and cook for no more than 60 seconds. Remove lid and thoroughly mix all ingredients and then pour all of the contents over cooked spaghetti (or rice)!
