Green Chicken Soup

2 chicken breasts (or use a few thighs)
1/2 - 16 ounce jar The SalsaKing's Green Garlic Passion Salsa (works well with Arizona Cactus Salsa as well)
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 of a 16 ounce container sour cream
salt, pepper
1tsp Olive oil

Season the breasts or thighs, with salt and pepper. In a very hot pan sear the chicken breasts in the oil until well browned. Remove from pan and add salsa verde, allow to cook about 2 or 3 minutes, or until thickened. Add the chicken stock bring to boil and stir well. Cut up the chicken into small bite sized pieces. Return to pan. Add the sour cream and bring just to simmer, serve.
