Heaven Sent Meatloaf

This is a fantastic version that will knock your socks off. We used ground turkey, but it will probably work just as well with beef and/or pork.

1 1lb chub ground turkey
1 1lb. chub turkey breakfast sausage
2 cups bread crumbs, about 6 slices bread whizzed in processor. I use home made wheat or 10 grain breads that I bake myself. (But I am also one of those people that grinds their own wheat) ((The fact is that over 80% of the people with wheat allergies are not allergic to wheat but to the deadly poisonous chemicals that the American FDA allows big business to add to flour to bleach and to age it. Chemicals that no other industrial nation in the world allows))
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 onion diced
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup The SalsaKing Sonoran Chipotle Barbeque Rub
1 tsp salt
optional (if you have laying around and like a little extra spice) 4 or 5 chipotle chilies chopped
optional Chipotle Black Bean and Corn Salsa or Pepitas y Camarones Salsa

Mix together all ingredients using hands. Form into a loaf in large pan to bake in (PLEASE DON'T USE ALUMINUM) (( in fact right now go into your kitchen and throw away any aluminum cookware you might have)) Bake in the oven at about 350 for an hour or so, take the internal temperature with a thermometer and it should be over 180. Serve the meatloaf with a really good salsa on the side, such as The SalsaKing Chipotle Black Bean and Corn Salsa, or the always great Pepitas y Camarones Salsa
