Hot Boneless Chicken

3 - Boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into 1/2 inch strips
1 - 16 ounce bag pork rinds put into food processor and made into medium crumbs
2 - eggs beaten
1 bottle The SalsaKing's Hot Sauce, try either Big Cajones Chipotle, Butt Blazin Habanero, Cool Breeze Blazin' Hot, or Borracho de Tequila y Chipotle varieties for a fantastic variation of flavor!

Dip the chicken strips into the egg then into the crushed pork rinds. Either fry in oil, or place onto an oiled baking sheet and bake int 450 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes until browned. Melt about 1/2 stick butter in microwave and add 1/2 cup hot sauce. Pour over chicken strips and toss to coat. Serve.
