Pasta ala SalsaKing

Pasta isn't just Italian, make it special, make it with salsa for something new and tasty.
1 pound pasta, cooked in large pot of salted water until al dente
1 jar The SalsaKing's Garlic Salsa
1 onion, cut in half and then thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, cut in thin julienne strips
about 3 or 4 tablespoons olive oil

Meatballs made with the SouthWestern Meatloaf recipe elsewhere in the recipes section, just form into small balls and brown in the olive oil and then set aside. Sauté the onions in the same pan for about a minute, then add the bell pepper and continue for another 2 minutes. Add the jar of salsa, add the meatballs back to the pan and pour over the pasta that you drained and placed in a serving bowl. I like to grate over it all some Asiago cheese, but then any good hard cheese would be nice over it all.
