Pork Chop Dinner

4 nice thick Pork Chops
1/2 jar The SalsaKing Flaming Green Garlic Passion (or milder Green Garlic Passion)
1 cup half and half (or use sour cream, or heavy cream((for a milder heat))
1 tablespoon each, olive oil and butter

In a large skillet with tight fitting lid, melt butter with olive oil over medium high heat. Season chops, place in pan and brown on one side. Turn over, pour salsa over each chop and cover, turn heat to low. After about twenty minutes, remove chops carefully as they will be nearly falling apart tender. Add the half and half, bring to a boil, scrapping the pan to loosen any small bits from bottom. Thicken if needed with a bit of cornstarch dissolved in a bit of cold water. Serve the gravy with garlic mashed potatoes next to those tender chops. Yumm!
