Shrimp to Die For

1 pound of large 10-12 per pound count jumbo shrimp. Try those fantastic freshwater shrimp that are farm raised by some guys out in Gila Bend and are available at AJ's
a strip of thin sliced bacon for each shrimp
1 jar of The SalsaKing Pepitas y Camarones Salsa

Shell the shrimp and devein. Make the slit in the back of the shrimp deep almost to the bottom of the shrimp. Fill the cavity with 2 tablespoons of the salsa. Wrap the bacon around the shrimp and affix each end with toothpicks. Grill over hot coals or broil until the bacon appears done. Remove the toothpicks and serve.
