Spectacular Enchiladas

1 pound ground beef, browned with 1 diced onion 1 tablespoon chili powder, then drained
1 pound shredded longhorn cheese
24 corn tortillas
1 16 ounce jar SalsaKing Pepitas y Camarones Salsa
2 7 ounce cans El Pato tomato sauce

Heat the tortillas in microwave 2 minutes to make soft and pliable. One at a time, lay tortillas on work surface add two tablespoons of meat and two of cheese. Roll up and place seam side down in wide flat pan. Repeat with all tortillas. Mix together salsa and tomato sauce. Pour over enchiladas. spread any remaining cheese over sauce and bake in oven at 350 for 20 minutes.
