Tuna Stuffed Jalepenos

These little bundles of pleasure are fantastic at any party, potluck or get together with friends.

18 or more fresh Jalapenos
2 - 7 ounce cans tuna in water
1 package The SalsaKing Jalapeno Cilantro Party Dip Mix
1 cup mayonnaise

Cut the stem end off the jalapenos and cut them in half lengthwise. Use a small spoon or melon baller to remove seeds and membranes. Drain the tuna, mix with Jalapeno cilantro Dip Mix and mayonnaise. With a small spoon, mound the mixture into the jalapeno halves.
