Zesty Garlic Chicken

4 chicken breasts, pounded until uniform in thickness
1 package The SalsaKing's Zesty Garlic Party Dip Mix
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons good balsamic vinegar (optional)

Pound the breasts with a mallet or your balled up fist (to take out your aggressions) until uniform in thickness. Mix together the olive oil, party dip mix and the vinegar if you want to add another dimension of flavor. In a large glass baking dish, pour the mixture all over the chicken and massage it in a bit to make sure it completely covers the chicken. Cover and place into the fridge for at least one half hour to marinate. Bake it right in the dish in a 375 degree oven for about 15 minutes, or do what we do and grill them over indirect coals until internal temperature is 165. Serve with some great garlic mashed potatoes, or some corn on the cob that you have sprinkled with The SalsaKing's Sonoran Chipotle Barbeque Rub.
